Boots in the mud, clipboard out, countin' one, countin' two, countin'—
Little green guys, hard to find,
endangered, tiny, one of a kind,
notebook says 'em all in a row,
then I look down—what is that,
not a root, somethin' new,
stickin' out the swamp like a dinosaur shoe,
grab my brush, wipe the grime away,
well, there goes my froggy day!

left with somethin' ancient, massive amounts,
trip was small, the find was huge,
swamp said 'congrats' and handed me the news,
Frogs are shy, the tooth is loud, one tiny boot, one giant crowd,
